Bring your truck to the Food Truck Rodeo at AATC 2027. Tell us about your truck and the days you want to be there, and we will review applications for a good mix of food.

No payment is due to apply. If your truck is selected, we will email you to set up your account and pay.

Requirements

  • No power is provided. Trucks must bring their own (generator).
  • A valid health permit and business license are required. Show them at setup or upload them ahead of time. They are not required to apply.
  • Trucks are responsible for their own inspection fees.
  • No exclusivity for a food type, but we aim for variety.
  • Drinks: The Crown Complex is a Pepsi facility. You can sell any drinks, but Coke and other non-Pepsi drinks can't be taken inside the building; customers have to finish them outside. Please let your customers know when they order.
  • The $100 deposit holds your space but does not guarantee it. Full payment is due by January 1, 2027 to confirm your spot.
